Fire Department

Fire Chief Jason Garver would like to announce that the Casey Fire Department has been awarded an $18,000 grant from the Illinois Small Equipment Grant Fund to purchase fire safety equipment including SCBA bottles and helmets! Special thanks to firemen Jesse Dennis and Jason Wimbley for their hard work on this grant.

The City of Casey's Volunteer Fire Department, led by Fire Chief Jason Garver, has over twenty active volunteer fire fighters that serve the immediate Casey area. 

 

The mission of the Casey Fire Department is to serve the community when fire and rescue services are needed, as well as to assist area departments when needed. 

 

The department is equipped with 6 fire trucks and a rescue trailer. 

 

They hold monthly in-house trainings to keep skills updated to better serve the community of Casey.
